Wednesday Eats- Roasted Chick Peas



If you are looking for an easy, healthy, but yummy snack...  look no further!


Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients:
2 Cans of chick peas drained and rinsed
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Once chick peas are drained and rinsed, spread them on a lined baking sheet and dab with paper towel.
Sprinkle chick peas with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

If you wanted to add a bit more flavor, you could add a dash of red pepper flakes or chili powder. 

This recipe was so easy and yummy, definitely something I could see myself throwing together as an easy snack or when having company.
